Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association – Kaua’i chapter, is thrilled to announce our 2024 Charity Walk Fundraising goal of $600,000. In 2023, we successfully raised $570,244 for more than 50 non-profit organizations on Kaua’i.
On behalf of Ike Cockett, the Charity Walk Chair, Nicholas Gold, Co-Chair, and the HLTA Board of Directors, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the sponsors, participants, and volunteers who contributed to the success of the 44th Annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk. We look forward to continued success together in 2024 for our 45th Annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk.

Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our organization including hotel stays, pool passes, restaurant certificates & activities.
Walk Wednesday
Charity Walk Wednesday on Air Auctions are back on Kong FM 93.5. Beginning Wednesday, February 28th to May 1, be listening during Ron Wiley’s morning show from 6:30 am – 8 am for the Charity Walk Wednesday on Air Auction!

The people of Kaua`i have long been known for their strong family ties. This year, the Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association’s Kauai Chapter is proud to coordinate “Koku`a i na `ohana o Kauai” (helping the families of Kaua`i) in the 45th annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk on Saturday, May 4, 2024. 100% of the funds raised will stay right here on Kaua`i. Undoubtedly, the unprecedented pandemic has created hardships for many within our community. With all of us working together, families helping Families, we have the ability to support over 50 Kaua’i non-profit organizations who can positively impact those in our community who need it the most. Our goal this year is to raise $600,000, with your help, we have an opportunity to make a difference for everyone on Kaua`i.
